Hot Salt Scrub

CURRENT OBSESSION!

For those ladies that love exfoliators (body exfoliators, to be precise) I strongly recommend the Hot Salt Scrub by Bliss. This scrub suspends 70% dead sea salt in a self-heating gel of high-voltage vaporizing rosemary and eucalyptus oils and warms as you rub.

Not only does it soften your skin, but it leaves such a refreshing aroma as it relaxes you in your bath.

What is your favorite scrub?

Combat Boots

I don’t know how you all feel about combat boots, but I love strappin’ mine on with just about anything! They’re comfy, practical, and popular.

I’m sure we’re questioning how this trend is going to transition into Spring. (That’s usually for a pair of cute sandals, right?) Try pairing them with a dress or even a pair of shorts. My favorite is wearing them with either cuffed pants or a pair of shorts (and then pairing it with a cute hat or hair accessory.) If you’re looking to dress up a bit, add a blazer as a

If you’re not a fan of boots above the ankle, take a look at  Chloé’s black leather lace-up boots.

Other colors are available, but black seems to be the top choice.

Combat boots trend: loving it? hating it? or OVER IT?

’90s Icons and the NY Fashion Week Looks They Were Born to Wear

We’ve known for a while now that the ’90s are back in a big way. But as we followed the new, fall 2011 collections from New York Fashion Week, references to the decade were inescapable: plaid, lace, layers, maxi skirts. They were so ubiquitous, in fact, that many of them conjured images of our favorite grunge-era icons, from Courtney Love and Björk to Kelly Bundy and Rayanne Graff. After the jump, we pair ten looks from Fashion Week with the ’90s stars and characters who were born to wear them.

Fuzzy or Annoying?

I’ve decided to stick to Jeremy Scott for today. At first glance at these sneakers, I was instantly intrigued. Fuzzy, cute animals, all wrapped into a shoe. American fashion designer, Jeremy Scott has done it once again. I know that any one of us can pull it off, but, would we want too?

We have the JS Teddy Bear. (choice of two colors.)

& the JS Panda Bear.

Concept: faux fur with a large stuffed animal head in replacement of a tongue.

(Retail price: $200; eBay going rate: $250-$450)

The shoes are currently available at certain ADIDAS Originals retailers and on eBay.
