Combat Boots
I don’t know how you all feel about combat boots, but I love strappin’ mine on with just about anything! They’re comfy, practical, and popular.
I’m sure we’re questioning how this trend is going to transition into Spring. (That’s usually for a pair of cute sandals, right?) Try pairing them with a dress or even a pair of shorts. My favorite is wearing them with either cuffed pants or a pair of shorts (and then pairing it with a cute hat or hair accessory.) If you’re looking to dress up a bit, add a blazer as a
If you’re not a fan of boots above the ankle, take a look at Chloé’s black leather lace-up boots.
Other colors are available, but black seems to be the top choice.

Trend Report!
Spring is right around the corner and a big trend that we’ve been seeing since last year is the floral prints. Everywhere! Various designers have concocted beautiful floral designs. From dresses and skirts, to hand bags and shoes.

Create your own personal style by mixing florals with real patterns and futuristic prints. The patterns you like tend to be based on your personality.
- Floral + Stripes: You are able to mix stripes with just about any print seeing how they are not considered to be a pattern.

- Floral + Leopard: These two work together seeing as leopard is a small print, whereas the floral is a medium print.

These are just two of the more popular combinations of mixing patterns. Pairing a great floral outfit with some new spring lipsticks will make you stand out in any crowd.
How do you mix your prints? Or are you against the florals?
P.S. Betsey Johnson is having a President’s sale right now! (save 25% an 40% on sale items) There are tons of new floral dresses and skirts that you must snatch up!

FASHION WEEK F/W ‘11 - BETSEY JOHNSON
Betsey Johnson is personally one of my favorite designers; from her quirkiness to her “over the top” designs.
She’s inspiring and I’m quite sure she can beat me in a cartwheel contest anyday. If you ever find yourself in a creative block, just remember: ”Take a leotard and add a skirt.” xox
